Opened cannabis products are final sale at Twenty Four Karats Cannabis Store. Sealed and unopened products, legitimate defects, damaged packaging, accessory malfunctions and official recalls are reviewed in store.
Cannabis Products
Opened, used or consumed cannabis products are final sale and cannot be returned because of flavour, potency, effects or other personal preference. Sealed and unopened products may be reviewed at the store's discretion.
Defective or Damaged Products
Bring the product, its original packaging and proof of purchase to the store. Manufacturer or supplier warranty procedures may also apply.
Cannabis Product Recalls
Products subject to an official recall are handled in accordance with applicable AGLC and regulatory requirements, separately from our own final-sale policy.
Cannabis Accessories and Devices
Defective or malfunctioning devices may be reviewed for return, replacement or warranty service. Misuse, accidental damage and normal wear are not defects.
